We sat down with Victoria to learn what drives her, uncover her secrets to success, and discover how she manages to maintain harmony in every aspect of her multifaceted life.

Playboy: Victoria, you’re a successful businesswoman, a talented model, an athlete, and an art enthusiast. What inspires you to take such bold steps and maintain balance in all these areas?

Victoria: Thank you. My main inspiration is the desire to become the best version of myself and an authentic curiosity for growth in various areas of life-from entrepreneurship to my endless hobbies.

Playboy: How do you balance a strict business style with seductive modeling looks? Do you feel different when wearing a suit versus something more daring?

Victoria: Sometimes, I have to switch outfits quickly, and naturally, my demeanor changes along with my appearance. At work and in life, l’m like two completely different people.

Playboy: Do your business colleagues ever react to seeing you in bold photo shoots? What’s the most memorable reaction?

Victoria: Oh, there have been times when my employees recognized me on social media, and my modeling image completely contradicted my professional persona. I’d jokingly deny it was me and block any further interaction. Clients, on the other hand, were often more relaxed about it – especially male executives. Conversations about this with them were usually easier.

Playboy: Have you ever used your modeling experience to charm business partners or close a deal?

Victoria: There were times when my looks or charisma led people to share confidential information, which eventually helped me win significant tenders.

Playboy: Can you tell us about your most exciting day when you had to be both a strict boss and a femme fatale?

Victoria: Once, while managing employees in the Moscow City towers, I was in work attire-completely plain and practical. As I waited for my driver, a security guard tried to chat me up and even offered pastries. Later, I changed and visited a neighbor, and near the same tower, a different man approached me, inviting me to dinner at an upscale restaurant. He even offered money and talked about buying me a new car. It’s funny how much appearances influence who notices you and what they’re willing to offer.

Playboy: Do you feel your confidence and allure as a model have helped you achieve success in business?

Victoria: Absolutely, especially confidence. In business, I try to hide my sensuality as much as possible, but my appearance and charisma-essentially my confidence-have definitely helped me secure lucrative contracts. Interestingly, it’s not just men who notice this; l’ve even had a female client show interest in me.

Playboy: Your love for adrenaline extends beyond business to the road. How does your passion for extreme driving influence your decision-making?

Victoria: I love speed, and it helped my business in its early stages when I had to visit multiple locations in just a few hours. I often broke traffic rules to avoid getting stuck in jams. It became a habit, and I even gained social media popularity by posting videos of my driving. Though I faced court trials and almost lost my license several times, I never did. Nowadays, I’ve slowed down, both in life and on the road, and I get my adrenaline fix on racetracks and drift courses.

Playboy: Tell us about a moment when a risky business decision paid off and led to unexpected success.

Victoria: I wouldn’t call it a risk exactly, but there was a time when I lost everything -my business, my car (it was stolen and uninsured), and I had enormous debts with no money left. I was down to my last 5,000 rubles and was debating whether to save it for food-I weighed 10 kilos less back then, and that was my monthly budget for groceries. Instead, I invested it in advertising and landed the biggest contract of my career, which became a turning point for my business.

Playboy: Has your boldness ever intimidated people? How do you respond to those situations?

Victoria: In the past, I loved wearing super long and bright nails, and yes, they sometimes intimidated men. I think they were afraid I’d scratch them (laughs). Some were also scared to ride in the car with me when I was driving. A couple of times, I even deliberately hit other cars when they wouldn’t let me through-maybe that scared other drivers too. I don’t really react to this. I stand my ground until the end, but if I feel I was wrong, l’ll apologize for my bold behavior.

Playboy: Do you feel more confident and sexy after making daring decisions?

Victoria: If the decision results in good income or other benefits, then yes, my confidence and mood skyrocket. And when you feel confident and happy, naturally, that brings out your sensuality and playfulness.

Playboy: Your natural beauty impresses many. How do you maintain your perfect physique?

Victoria: First of all, it’s genetics. But I’ve trained hard and intentionally eaten a lot to, for instance, build my glutes. There were times when I was actively dancing too. I’m all or nothing- either I train intensely or stop altogether after reaching my desired results. Now I just maintain my shape with light workouts a couple of times a month, focusing more on stretching and gymnastics.

Playboy: Has sports helped you feel confident and sexy? What’s your biggest achievement in sports?

Victoria: I never aimed for competition victories; l’ve always done sports for myself. In equestrian sports, I once placed in dressage. In dance, I wanted to compete but couldn’t due to scheduling conflicts. I even got to dance on TV once. For me, personal goals were more important: I wanted to do a split, and I did it. I wanted to jump high obstacles with a horse, and I did that too. In motorsports, I wanted to learn drifting, and I did – it’s even saved me from serious accidents on the road a few times.

Playboy: How do you feel about plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures? What does being “natural” mean to you?

Victoria: I’m lucky to have been born with a natural C-cup, so I haven’t needed surgery yet. Maybe as I get older, I’ll consider something, and l’m okay with that. If I want it, l’ll do it. I’ve never done serious cosmetic procedures except for slightly enhancing my lips, but even that wasn’t much because my natural lips are already good. Once, I wanted to change my nose shape because I injured it as a child and thought it looked too straight. But the surgeon refused, saying my nose was aristocratic, even when I offered extra money to convince her. So yes, I’d say my appearance is pretty natural.

Playboy: Have you ever incorporated dance into your photo shoots? How did it help create captivating images?

Victoria: Once, I participated in a fashion show for a designer where we had to add some dance-like fluidity to our walk. The outfits were covered in crystals and rhinestones, and it probably looked unique and interesting from the audience’s perspective.

Playboy: How has knowing multiple languages helped you win over international partners? Have you ever used language skills for seduction?

Victoria: When I started in business, I worked with foreign colleagues who only spoke English, and that was easy for me. I haven’t used language for seduction in business yet, though l’ve worked with foreign companies and embassies, but they all spoke Russian. In my personal life, l’ve had conversations in English and Spanish with foreigners.

Playboy: What’s the most exotic place you’ve worked or vacationed in, and how did it impact your personal and professional growth? Victoria: It’s not exactly exotic, but Spain stands out. I did an academic internship there and truly felt like a local. We stayed in apartments with locals, not hotels, and had to speak only Spanish at home, outside, and in class. Eventually, my classmates and I started speaking Spanish to each other because it felt more natural. It changed my worldview and helped me grow personally. The locals were so welcoming, cheerful, and content with life. Many older people looked much younger than their age and lived very active lives. For instance, the woman we stayed with looked 40 but was actually 60 or 70. She traveled a lot and even had several suitors.

Playboy: Do you use your creative skills in business? If so, how do they help you achieve success and draw attention to your projects?

Victoria: My creative skills have been incredibly useful. For instance, I designed my company’s corporate style and even created the website myself. Every word, every photo-I personally crafted it all from scratch without any help from professionals. This not only elevated my company to a premium segment but also saved me a lot of money.

Playboy: How do you manage to confidently and boldly express your sensuality through your images? What does being a free and confident woman mean to you?

Victoria: I don’t fear judgment from anyone except my parents and business clients-and they’re not on social media, so I freely express myself in various ways. Those who know me in real life are unlikely to let a bold photo shoot influence their opinion of me as a person. Sometimes, my accounts get blocked because of this, and I have to delete some posts. For me, being a free and confident woman means not being afraid to be who you want to be and not worrying about what others think of your looks, behavior, or anything else. Of course, there are boundaries of decency, but everyone has their own. Some people are comfortable showcasing their nude bodies; some even act in adult films-and I don’t judge them for that. It’s their way of expressing themselves. Others don’t mind appearing unpolished or even silly – and that, too, is a form of inner freedom and confidence in a woman.

Playboy: Have you ever faced criticism or misunderstanding because of your daring photo shoots? How do you handle it?

Victoria: Yes, l’ve faced it. Mostly, men have asked me to take things down, but let’s be honest, taming me is a challenge. I always do what I want.

Playboy: What does it mean to live by your own rules without worrying about public opinion? Have there been moments when this mindset helped you succeed?

Victoria: When I was just starting out, I drove a cargo van for work, which surprised a lot of people. But instead of criticism, I often got admiration-people couldn’t believe a woman was driving a manual-transmission van. Some even approached me just to ask how that was possible. In a way, it helped my business succeed because I couldn’t afford a driver or mover back then and had to do everything myself. Now, I can hop into that van anytime if needed, and my business won’t suffer. I’m not afraid of what people think-like, “Why is a woman driving a cargo van?” | could even drive it to a restaurant if I wanted. The same goes for my appearance-it’s not crucial for me to always look flawless. I often go without makeup, and there were times when I looked sleep-deprived. I don’t care if someone judges me for looking different in real life than on social media. Though, I’ll admit, when fans approached me for photos while I was in work mode, I declined because I wanted to look presentable in their pictures.

Playboy: What secrets can you share with our readers to help them feel as confident and sexy as you?

Victoria: Don’t be afraid of your desires. Others might find them strange, but why should you care? Will it cost you money? No. Then why let it bother you? Sure, some criticism is valid, but if someone critiques your appearance, for instance, it doesn’t change your income or worth. So there’s no point in dwelling on it. You can listen, make changes if you want, and move on. For example, I once filmed a video on very little sleep, and the shoot was spontaneous. I got thousands of comments about how bad I looked -my hair, my outfit, everything. I read them all, made notes for improvement, and that was it. Criticism can be helpful if you take it the right way. Confidence breeds sexiness. Only a confident woman can exude true sensuality. Where there’s hesitation or self-consciousness, there’s no room for allure.

Playboy: Finally, tell us about your future plans. What new heights do you want to reach, and what personas do you

hope to embody to continue inspiring and surprising your fans?

Victoria: You know the saying, “If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans.” So, I don’t really make plans. Life often throws surprises, and I’m not always ready for them. Of course, I have personal goals, mostly in the material and business realms. But I’ve outgrown the need to impress others with my personas. Now, I want to focus on doing things for myself. Naturally, that will reflect on social media, so my followers will see it all.
